The Grease Wagon was founded by chef Hayden Shapiro. Coming from New Jersey, chef wanted to introduce his knowledge and passion for the food industry with the people of Arlington. With 10 years experience in the industry, Hayden wanted to take on his dream of owning a business and cannot wait to share his creations with you. All of our ingredients are fresh and flavorful and a lot of love goes into each and every item.
